Three people were arrested for manufacturing methamphetamine Wednesday, according to Troy Police.

Troy Police Narcotics Investigators went to a home in the 100 block of Watkins Court in Troy about 1:30 Wednesday afternoon to serve a Grand Jury indictment on Randy Tolbert, 47, for unlawful distribution of a controlled substance.

When investigators arrived, they found Tolbert in the process of manufacturing meth.

According to Troy Police, two other people were also at the home and believed to have been taking an active role in the manufacturing process.

Nicholas Michael Wilson, 24, of Enterprise, and an 18-year-old female from Troy were arrested, along with Tolbert. All three were charged with unlawful manufacturing of a controlled substance and trafficking methamphetamine.

Tolbert was also charged with one count of distribution of a controlled substance stemming from the Grand Jury indictment. Wilson was also charged with one felony count of giving false information to a law enforcement officer to avoid arrest and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia from an outstanding alias warrant with the Troy Municipal Court.

All three suspects were processed at the Troy City Jail and Transported to the Pike County Jail. Tolbert is being held on a total bond of $160,000, Wilson on a total bond of $153,000 and the female on a total bond of $150,000.

The female’s name is not being released by police, at this time, due to her being eligible for youthful offender status.

The case is still under investigation by the Troy Police Department.
