Jackie L. Warner, age 65 of Troy, died Thursday, February 6, 2014 at Troy Health & Rehabilitation.  Funeral services will be Monday, February 10, 2014 at 10:00 am at Green Hills Funeral Home with Rev. Dwayne Norman officiating.  Burial will follow in the Green Hills Memorial Cemetery with Green Hills Funeral Home directing.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 9, 2014 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home and one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Warner retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service and retired from the U.S. Postal Service after 20 years of service.  He was a Mason and Shriner and a member of Bush Memorial Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Botts Warner; daughter, Angela Whitaker; grandson, Jonathan Whitaker; step daughters, Martha Sue Pevehouse (L.B.) and Regina Slick; step grandchildren, Toni Celka (Mike), Shay Haby (John); step great grandchildren, Caitlin Celka, Ashton Celka, Cade Celka and Chloe Tschirhart; sisters, Margaret Bailey (Larry), Diane Troupman (William), Wanda Duke (Freddy), Lena Burton (Larry), Marilyn “Moody” Arnold (Bobby); brothers, James Othie Baize (Sandy), Dickie Baize (Debbie) and Randell Baize.

Pallbearers will be Wayne Stewart, Logan Stewart, Rick Swindall, Richard Wilson, Kelly Norris, Leslie Thompson, Nick Swindall and John Danner.  Honorary pallbearers will be the members of the Troy Shriners and Masons.
