CHHS baseball tops Park Crossing

Charles Henderson baseball used a four-run fifth inning to put away Park Crossing 8-3 Monday afternoon at the Jason Armstrong FCA Tournament in Montgomery.
Hunter Reeves was awarded the win on the mound after pitching five innings while striking out three batters and allowing three earned runs on six hits.
And Jason Fleming recorded the save, allowing one hit and zero earned runs on two innings pitched.
Charles Henderson got out to a quick 4-1 lead before allowing two Park Crossing runs in the top of the fourth to narrow their lead to 4-3.
But the Trojans responded big in the bottom of the fifth, scoring four runs to take a commanding and final lead of 8-3.
Reilly Fox, DeAndre Pitts and Cole Wilson all led Charles Henderson with two runs in the game.
Five Charles Henderson players finished the game with an RBI each.
With the win, the Trojans advance to 14-0 on the season.
