Residents in the area of Elba Highway woke up without power on Saturday morning. Country Club Road, Prospect Ridge and Wild Ridge were some of the areas included in the outage.

City officials believe there was a problem with equipment at the Elm Street Substation.

9:30:  All power should be restored in a matter of minutes.

9:15 a.m. Mayor Jason Reeves reported that most of the power has been turned on. However there is an isolated area where the power is still off including Jane and Dale road.
