The Charles Henderson Lady Trojans kept to their winning ways on Friday night when they knocked off Eufaula 57-29.

The win for the Trojans keeps them undefeated on the season.

Tatyana Siler led the Trojans with 19 points, while Samira Moore finished with 18.

The Trojans outscored the Tigers in all four quarters including the first when they jumped out to a 14-4 lead after Moore scored eight of her 18 points.

Siler came to life in the second quarter for the Trojans when she scored 12 of her points and led the Trojans into the locker room at halftime holding a 32-16 lead.

Senior Niaira Jones scored 10 points for the Trojans, five of which came in the third quarter. Moore added two more and Charles Henderson raced into the fourth quarter holding a 43-21 lead.

Moore added six more points in the fourth and the Lady Trojans cruised to an easy win.

The Trojans will be back in action this afternoon when they travel to take on Luverne beginning with the junior varsity boys at 2:00.

Goshen 34 Luverne 33

The Goshen Eagles knocked off rival Luverne 34-33 on Friday evening in Luverne.

The win for the Eagles improves their record on the season to 2-3.

Senior Bree Griffin led the Eagles with 18 points, while Ella Baker and Charlotte Lee each had six points.
