The Goshen Eagles knocked off Samson 18-0 in three innings of play on Monday afternoon in Samson.

The win for the Eagles improves them to 12-7 on the season.

Blake Saupe got the start and pitched all three innings for the Eagles. Saupe allowed three hits, walked one and struck out three batters.

The Eagles finished with 14 hits on the night. Jeff Warrick finished with three singles and a double, while Bryan Galloway had three singles. Bryce Williams and Saupe each had two hits, while Carson Williams, Caleb Gamble and Danny Cooper each had one hit.

The Eagles will be back in action on Thursday when they travel to take on area foe Luverne beginning at 4 p.m.
