Trojans’ bats silenced in loss

The Charles Henderson Lady Trojans’ offense was silenced in a 6-0 loss to the Opp Bobcats on Tuesday night in Opp.
The Trojans allowed the Bobcats to score single runs in both the first and sixth inning and four runs in the fourth.
Emma Kirkpatrick pitched all six innings. She allowed six runs, only two of which were earned on eight hits and a walk. She struck out five batters.
The Trojans picked up two hits in the game. Both hits came off the bat of Graci Williams.
In the four-run fifth, the Trojans surrendered four hits, including two RBI singles.
