A man has been arrested for a shooting at a Brundidge business in April.
Brundidge Police Chief Sam Green said officers had responded to a shots fired cal in April and found multiple shell casing at a local business. Green said one person was struck during the incident and received medical treatment for a non-life threatening injury. Green said there was also some property damage.
Green said BPD investigators were able to learn the identity of the alleged shooters. Green said Brian Guice, 41, of Montgomery, was arrested and charged with shooting into an occupied vehicle, shooting into an unoccupied vehicle and certain persons forbidden to possess a firearm.
Green said he would like to thank the Pike County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Marshall’s Gulf Coast Fugitive Task Force for assisting with the investigation.
Green said this type of behavior will not be tolerated in Brundidge.
