Goshen’s Jamauri McClure wins pair of state track championships

At this weekend’s Class 2A State Track and Field Championship, Goshen senior Jamauri McClure captured a pair of state crowns in the 100-meter and 200-meter dash.
McClure finished with a time of 10.65 in the 100-meter dash and finished with a time of 21.88 in the 200-meter dash, taking home state championships in both events.
McClure was also a part of Goshen’s 4×100-meter relay team that took a runner-up finish, as well.
McClure finished as state runner-up in both individual events last season. McClure is also an All-State and All-Messenger Offensive Player of the Year in football for the Eagles and will be playing college football for Jon Sumrall at Tulane.
