Ariton High School
Senn went 2-for-4 at the plate with a home run, one double, three RBIs and five runs as Ariton swept it’s way back to the State Championship game. Senn also pitched five innings and struck out six batters, while giving up just five hits and one earned run.
Zion Chapel High School
Boothe pitched 22 innings for the Lady Rebels as they finished runner-up in the 2A South Regional Tournament. She struck out 26 batters and boasted a 2.545 ERA during the tournament with a 2-0 record as a starter. Offensively, she earned a .294 batting average with two doubles, two RBIs and one run. She also held an .833 fielding percentage with 10 putouts and one double play on defense.
