Troy Football to be nationally televised at least four times in 2024

On Thursday, Troy University and the Sun Belt Conference announced the game times and TV affiliates for a number of Troy Football games going into the 2024 season.
Troy had previously already been slated for two nationally televised games but now has two more that have been picked up. Troy’s Sept. 14 matchup at Iowa will air at 3 p.m. on FS1, while the Sept. 7 game at Memphis will broadcast on ESPNU at 11 a.m. Troy’s Thursday, Oct. 3, game against Texas State at home will air on ESPNU at 6 p.m. and the Tuesday, Oct. 15, showdown with rival South Alabama will also air on ESPN2 at 6:30 p.m.
Troy’s Aug. 31 season opener against Nevada will have a kickoff at 6 p.m. and the Florida A&M game on Sept. 21 will also kickoff at 6 p.m. Those games will stream on ESPN+.
The kickoff times and television affiliates for Troy’s games with ULM (Sept. 28), Arkansas State (Oct. 26), Coastal Carolina (Nov. 2), Georgia Southern (Nov. 16), Louisiana (Nov. 23) and Southern Miss (Nov. 30) will be announced at a later date.
