The Troy Trojans continue to bolster its 2025 recruiting class with the addition of edge pass rusher Ladarius James.

James, a Huntsville native, committed to Troy this past weekend over offers from other programs like Memphis, UAB, Mercer, Murray State and Samford. The 6-foot-5-inch, 240-pounder is star on the defense for Huntsville High School.

As a junior, James tallied 66 tackles, four tackles-for-loss, three sacks, 16 quarterback hurries, three fumble recoveries and four pass breakups in 10 games.
