Coffee County Arts Alliance kicks off season with ‘Uptown’

The  Coffee County Arts Alliance in Enterprise has “captivating and hilarious shows and soul stirring concerts” set for its 24-25 season.

Judy Penuel, CCAA, board member. said the season will kickoff on October 22 with ”Uptown” direct from New York.

“The new season is opening with a power house of R&B finess, top-notch voices and mesmerizing moves,” Penuel said. ‘They sing, they dance and they draw you in and entertain you with great music and great movement.”
Penuel said each member of the group is a soloist who brings a unique flavor to a performance and will have the crowd dancing and singing along.

The Coffee County Arts Alliance has an entertainment calendar that will go from Hilarious Canine Comedy with “Mutts Gone Nuts, the ones from America’s Got Talent, to “Twitty and Lynn,” a salute to the music of their famous grandparents, Conway and Loretta.

Both performance have been playing to sold-out audiences and they will be in Enterprise in January, Penuel said.

The Coffee-County Arts Alliance will close out the season with  the Auburn Singers in February with both the show and the concert choirs.

The last event on the Coffee County Arts Alliance 24-25 calendar will be the “ever-popular Piney Woods Art Festival in May.
