The Goshen Lady Eagles lost 3-0 to the Zion Chapel Lady Rebels in a Class 2A, Area 3 volleyball match on Monday.

Zion Chapel won all three sets 25-17, 27-25 and 25-22. For Zion Chapel, Riley Bannin led the way with six aces, four blocks, 12 kills and seven assists, while Charlotte Sanders earned three kills and five blocks. Addyson Townsend chipped in with five kills, London Williamson tallied six blocks and three kills, Shea Wambles earned 13 digs and Landry Hataway dished 17 assists with two aces and one kill.

Goshen was led by Alyssa Sparks with seven kills, one assist and 13 digs, while Laila Hussey tallied two aces, three kills, 17 assists and two digs. Anicka Almine earned 16 digs and Alyssa Pippen chipped in with six kills and eight digs.

Goshen travels to Luverne on Oct. 1 and competes in a tri-match with New Brockton and Ariton on Oct. 7.
