The City of Troy will observe the Thanksgiving holiday on Nov. 28-29.

Along with city offices being closed, the Thursday, Nov. 28, garbage/recycling routes will be picked up on Nov. 27 instead. Nov. 29’s garbage routes will be picked up on Dec. 2 instead.
