Employees with the City of Troy are hard at work this week installing a water line on Market Street that will connect water to the site of a future public bathroom. 

City workers had to tap into the water line at the corner of Elm Street and North Market Street and then will run a water line down North Market Street, so that water can be connected to the site of what is planned to be public restrooms. 

City workers said that work on the water lines was expected to be completed in 3-4 days.
