Felton-Smith to speak at Scholarship Breakfast

The Troy Alumni Chapter (TAC) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity will host its Fifth Annual Scholarship Breakfast at 9 a.m. on Saturday at the Trojan University Ballrooms.
The annual breakfast will celebrate education, excellence and community impact said Michael Sibley, Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity spokes person, said.
The Scholarship Breakfast will celebrate education, excellence, and community impact. The event will take place at Troy University’s Trojan Center Ballroom. This year, TAC will award $8,000 in scholarships to eight incoming Troy University freshmen, reinforcing its commitment to academic achievement and leadership.
Dr. Linda Felton-Smith, Troy native and esteemed educator with more than 45 years of service, will served as then keynote speaker.
“We are honored to have Dr. Felton-Smith as our keynote speaker,” said Alvin Tuck, Polemarch of the Troy Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi. “Dr. Smith’s contributions to education and her unwavering commitment to our community inspire us all. Her presence at this event underscores the importance of giving back and investing in our future leaders.”
