Brenda Galimore Ethridge

Services for Brenda Galimore Ethridge, 57, of Dothan, died Wednesday, Nov. 8, 2006, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Olive Baptist Church with the Rev. Wayne Webber officiating.

Burial will follow in the Pine Level Community Cemetery in Elba, with Hayes Funeral Home of Elba directing.

Visitation will be from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Hayes Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ethridge had fought breast cancer for the past 3 years. She was a Member of Ridgecrest Baptist Church and Margaret Kennedy's Sunday School Class.

Her parents, Wilmer and Willodene Galimore, and a brother, Lamar Galimore, preceded Mrs. Ethridge in death.

Survivors include her husband, Don Ethridge of Dothan; daughter Amanda Taylor Sanders and son-in-law Tracey Sanders of Dothan; daughter Jennifer Taylor Grider and son-in-law Jason Grider of Charlotte, N.C.; step-daughter Wendy Lewis and step-son-in-law Clay Lewis of Dothan; step-daughter Terri Kirkland and step-son-in-law Todd Kirkland of Dothan; step-son Todd Ethridge and step-daughter-in-law Lindsey Ethridge of Montgomery; sister-Lynda Flowers and brother-in-law Joe Flowers of Dothan; brother Mac Galimore and sister-in-law Diann Galimore of Troy; 10 grandchildren; cousin and friend Carolyn Mc Millon of Hoover; special driend Marilyn Davis of Dothan; and 12 nieces and nephews.
