Ray Chancellor

Ray Chancellor, 85, of Troy, died at his home Thursday, September 1, 2005. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Saturday, September 3, 2005 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Graveside services will be held at Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery on Sunday, September 4, 2005 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Gary Redfield officiating. The family request that memorials be made to Murphy’s Chapel Cemetery Fund. Survivors include, Daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Gary Redfield of Tampa, Florida., Grandchildren, Wiley and Suzy Lott of Arkansas, Angie and Aaron Gavrian of Florida, Michael and Shannon Floyd of Florida and Melissa Taylor of Florida, 8 Great grandchildren, Brother and sister-in-law, William and Virginia Chancellor, Sister, Glen Dawkins and several nieces and nephews. Mr. Chancellor was preceded in death by his wife, Voncile Townsend Chancellor and a daughter, Barbara Chancellor Floyd.

Homer Lee Collins

Mr. Homer Lee Collins age 89 of Troy, Died Friday, August 2, 2005 in Jackson Hospital in Montgomery.

Graveside Services Will be held Sunday, August 4, 2005 at 4:00 p.m. at Green Hills Memorial Park With the Reverend Otis Derrah officiating.  Dillard Funeral Home of Troy Directing. Visitation will be held Sunday from 2:00 until 3:45 at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy. In Lieu of Flowers Memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society or you favorite Charity.

Mr. Collins is survived by: His Wife of 65 years Earlie Mae Collins of Troy, a Daughter and Son-In-Law Linda and David Headley of Eclectic, A Son and Daughter-In-Law Tommy and Janice Collins of Ft. Walton,  5 Granddaughters, 5 Great Grand Children, 3 Sisters Virginia Davenport, Belma Wilson, and Mildred Collins, a Brother and Sister-in-law  Grover and Alice Collins. He was preceded in Death by a Son Jerry Collins

Survivors include, Daughter and son-in-law, Jeanine and Todd Jones of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Son and daughter-in-law,William and Margaret Andrews of Koker, Alabama, 10 Grandchildren and 11 Great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Willie Bedford Kyle in July of 1995 and her parents, Arthur Walton and Beecher Ethel Wilks.
