Ray West, 82, of Troy, Alabama, died at his home in Troy on Monday, February 14, 2005. Visitation will be held at Dillard Funeral Home in Troy on Wednesday, February 16, 2005
from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. There will be a one hour lie-in-state prior to the service at the church. The funeral service will be held at Southside Baptist Church in Troy on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 2:00 PM with Reverend Frank Lowery and Reverend Bo Weed officiating. Burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park, in Troy. Memorials can be made to Southside Baptist Church Building Fund, 522 South Brundidge Street, Troy, Alabama
36081. The pallbearers are Thomas West, Adam West, Blake West, Wes Bowen, Jimmy Lewis and Clifford Berry. Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Virginia and Jimmy Bowen of Oxford, Alabama, son and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Susan West of Montgomery, Alabama, 2 granddaugthers, Ashley Bowen, Oxford, Alabama and Anna Bowen of Oxford, Alabama, 5 grandsons, Thomas West of Montgomery, Alabama, Adam West of Montgomery, Alabama, Blake West of Montgomery, Alabama, Wes Bowen of Oxford, Alabama, Jonathan Bowen of Oxford, Alabama, 1 sister, Mary Francis Edwards of Troy, Alabama, several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his wife, Frances Mills West, sisters, Louise Hamilton and Flossie Stevens.
Billy Gene Little
Services for Billy Gene Little, 62, of Troy who died Monday, February 14, 2005 at his residence will be at 11 a .m. Thursday, February 17, 2005 at Shellhorn Church of Christ in Shellhorn with Minister Floyd Noble officiating.
He will lie in state for 1 hour before the service.
Burial will be in Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.
Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2004 at the funeral home.
Mr. Little was born December 11, 1942. He was a retired house painter and contractor.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Edward Little.
Survivors include his mother, Willie Walters of Grady; two sons, Carl and Keith Little of Troy; daughter, Monica King of Troy; four brothers, Buster Little of Pine Level, Lamar Little and Jake Little both of Troy and our loving and devoted brother Jim Little of Grady; sister, Peggy Knighten of Grady and several nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
Mike Warren
Mike Warren, 44, a resident of Prattville was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, February 15, 2005. A Homecoming Celebration will be held on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 2 p.m. from East Memorial Baptist Church with Pastor Glenn Graham, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Prattville Memory Gardens with Prattville Memorial Chapel directing. Mike was a graduate of Auburn University, School of Engineering. He is survived by his beloved wife, Suzanne Sanders Warren; four children, Anslee Warren, Michael Warren, Chandler Warren and Layton Warren; parents, Joel and Jean Warren all of Prattville; sister and brother-in-law, Teresa and Billy Williams of Alexander City; brother, Gregg Warren of Atlanta; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Barbara and Curtis McVey, brothers and sisters-in-law, David and Sheila Sanders and Daniel and Jackie Sanders all of Troy and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
