Wiley M. Turner

Services for Mr.Wiley M. Turner, 79, of Banks, who died Sunday, April 11, 2004 at Troy Health and Rehab in Troy, are 11 a.m. today, April 13 at Skeen Funeral Home in Troy with the Rev. Averyt Walker and the Rev. Mack Moore officiating.

Burial will follow in Enon Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Skeen Funeral Home of Troy.

Mr. Turner was born October 8, 1924 in Pike County. Before he retired he worked as a carpenter.

He was preceded in death by his parents Claude Mixon Turner and Flossie Shepard Turner and infant daughter.

Survivors include wife, Myron Turner of Banks; daughters, Janice T. (John) Johnson of Banks, Joyce Turner of Brundidge, Cathy (Ronnie) Gregory of Banks, Linda (Bobby) Bozeman of Montgomery; 12 grandchildren; six great grandchildren; brother, Eugene (Ruby) Turner of Banks; sister, Louise Ingram of Banks; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers are Bubba Gregory, Jacob Gregory, Alan King, Paul Gilhousen, Doug Johnson and Daniel Johnson.
