Jean Trotter Petrey

Services for Jean Trotter Petrey, 73, of Petrey, who died Aug. 14, 2003, were Saturday, Aug. 16 at 11 a.m. at the chapel of Turner Funeral Home with the Rev. Lavon Davis and the Rev. Curtis Petrey officiating.

Burial was at the Petrey Cemetary with Turner Funeral Home of Luverne directing.

Mrs. Petrey was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Petrey.

Survivors include two children, Laura (Scott) Elliot of Luverne and Ronald (Kay) Petrey of Petrey; six grandchildren, Ashley Meadows, Kristin (Scott) Kelley, Kayla Petrey, Paige Petrey, Tara McLaney and Tenise (Paige) Owens; three great-grandchildren, Blake Meadows, Lara Leigh Kelley and Preston Owens; one sister, Mary Helen Fleming; three brothers Sam Trotter, Larry Trotter and Jerry Trotter and a special friends, Willie Mae Foster.

Pallbearers were Eric Fleming, Earl Fleming, Charlie Sport, Tracy Flowers, Sammy Carr, John Frank Wilkerson, Paige Owens and Scott Kelley.
