The Troy Senior American Legion team took a 12-2 win over Enterprise on Thursday at the District Tournament in Dothan.

Troy Post 70 was down 2-1, but the hitting came alive in the fourth inning with six runs scoring for Troy. Troy added five more runs in the fifth to seal the game in five innings. No other information was avaliable at press time.

Troy will play the winner of Thursday night’s Dothan Post 12-Samson contest, on Friday at 7 p.m. Post 12 defeated the Dothan Tigers 10-0 in an earlier game on Thursday, but because of the draw was forced to return to Northcutt Field to play Samson on Thursday night at 7 p.m.

Troy was swept by Post 12, last season’s state champions, in Dothan earlier in the season, but won an 11-4 contest two weeks ago in Troy.
