GHS head baseball coach Chad Dube and his team are selling subscriptions to ESPN the Magazine, becoming one of hundreds of schools that are partnered with ESPN the Magazine’s Coaches Fundraising Program.

"This was something we wanted to do to help out the team," said Dube. "All of the money we receive will be used for equipment and any other situations that may arise during the season. Every dollar we earn will be used for the baseball team."

For Dube, ESPN the Magazine sells itself.

"It’s a great magazine," he said. "I get it myself through the mail. It’s very well put together and is high quality. Anyone who’s into sports will enjoy this magazine."

The cost of the subscription is $40 for two-years worth of college and professional sports action from across the nation and the world. ESPN the Magazine is published biweekly.

75 percent of the total profits from the sale will go directly to the Eagles’ baseball team. That means $30 will be returned to the Goshen High School baseball team with every subscription sold.

Interested subscribers should contact Dube at 334-484-3245.
